    Which do you do?
    and does it offend you when someone else doesn't do what you do?

    i've been thinking a lot about how everyone in our band shares the same faith... but what if we didn't?
    the best part of being in a band, to me, is meeting anyone and everyone we can just because of the fact that those people and i share a deep love for music. you don't go to a show because you think someone in the band is hot. you don't go because they always wear this cool, awesome outfit, or have the right hair.

    sometimes you get run down. sometimes life throws dirt in your eyes and it stings and you can't see for a few minutes. even after you get it out your eyes are all red and your vision is shitty... but eventually, whether through tears or maybe just time... you start to see even clearer than before. life is not always good. which is why music exists. why i believe God exists. and why there's always a pint of coconut milk ice cream in my freezer.

    i don't care if the world or anyone in it tries to drag me down. because i know that in the end, they will be the ones left tired from the struggle to hold me back.

    hey guys,
    I hope everyones doing well! I am enjoying some time off here in franklin and definitely looking forward to the superbowl! Go Saints! Hehe. I've got some news to share with you guys so here it goes..

    As some of you already know, I am engaged! So, as weird as it is to stay behind, I need to take some time off to plan the wedding and everything. Because of that I will not be joining the guys on the pacific rim tour coming up. I feel really blessed to be able to take this time off, especially in the midst of this record cycle. The band has been extremely supportive and gracious to me about all of this which has made it a lot easier.
