Paramore Fan Club

• What do I get by joining the official Paramore Fan Club?
  When you become a member of The Official Paramore Fan Club, you will receive these very exclusive membership items: The Official Paramore Fan Club t-shirt, Fan Club membership card, Pin and Sticker. These items are ONLY available through The Official Paramore Fan Club and the only way to get them is by becoming a member.
  
  
  In addition to these items, you will gain access to PFC website where exclusive Paramore, audio, video, news updates, a fan club-only message board and much more will be made available to you. Members will also gain access to presale tickets before the general public at low service fees.
• I paid for my membership and got an email with my username login for the Forum, but I can't sign into the main site. What gives?
  You need your site invite to be able to log into the site. This is sent via email within 24 hours of your payment. Please check your junk folder to see if it has arrived there. If you haven't received your email site invitation to the PFC 24 hours after you joined, please call 212-420-1700 for assistance.
• I registered on paramore.net and then bought a fan club membership--- now I can't log in at all!
  If you already have a .net account under the same email address as your PFC account, your password may be the same as ones used on Paramore.net or other Cisco Eos websites.
• How do I update my email address / password? I heard others have tried to do this and end up not being able to log back in.
  To update your email address used to access the PFC site, log into www.paramorefanclub.com. Go to the top right corner where you see your username and scroll over that area. Click "My Profile" on the drop down menu.
  
  **EDITING THIS ACCOUNT WILL NOT CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE PFC NEWSLETTER SYSTEM. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THAT, CONTINUE TO READ ON**
  
  Go to http://memberships.artistarena.com/paramore/amember/profile.php and log in. You can change your NEWSLETTER email address this way.
  
  DO NOT try to update your info by logging into the forum and changing through that account. It will end up locking you out of the system.
• I just bought a membership to the PFC and haven't received my package yet. What gives?
  If you are located in North America, your package will arrive within 6 - 8 weeks. Sometimes we run short on stock and have to reorder--- in that case, we will contact you if your package takes longer than usual. If 6 - 8 weeks has passed and you have not received your package, nor heard from us, please email shipping@paramorefanclub.com with the subject "My Package Status". Please provide your full name, PFC Username, and mailing address so we can properly track your order status.
• Can I pay for a membership with Paypal?
  We currently do not allow orders through Paypal. If that changes, we will let everyone know!
• How do I buy a hoodie if I'm a new member?
  At the moment, hoodies are only available to PFC members renewing for Year 3 or Year 4. We will announce if that policy changes!
• I didn't get a PFC membership card with my kit!!!!
  If you renewed your PFC account, you do not get another membership card. Keep the one you originally received with your first year kit! If you just joined the PFC and did not receive a card in your package, please email shipping@paramorefanclub.com with the subject "Missing Package Item".
• I bought my membership via the Paramore.net UK store. Why can't I log in to PFC? When will I get my membership kit?
  The UK store will send you a coupon code so you can register your membership on PFC. If you did not receive your coupon code within 48 hours of joining the fan club (via the UK store), please visit: http://paramore.warnerartists.com/en/contact.htm
  
  Please refer to the UK paramore.net store for shipping info as they have several options for you to use.
• I went to the UK Paramore.net store to buy a PFC membership, but it wasn't listed. Why?
  To ensure all paying customers of the Paramore Fan Club have immediate access to presale opportunities, we temporarily suspend webstore sales of PFC membership during these periods. If you still want to purchase a membership through the webstore, keep checking back once a week.
• Does PFC only ship membership packages to certain countries?
  We ship worldwide and will contact you if there are any issues delivering your package.
• How much does international shipping cost? How long will it take for me to receive my international order?
  International shipping--if you purchased a PFC membership through www.paramorefanclub.com--it is an extra $10. In general, it takes 6-8 weeks to receive your PFC package but due to international customs, it can take longer than 8 weeks.
• How do I win a M&G? Can I bring a friend? How come I haven't won yet? Etc..
  M&G policy varies per tour, but in general-- the Paramore Fan Club will randomly give away M&G passes to members who have purchased a ticket to an upcoming Paramore show. While we try to make sure everyone gets to meet the band, we unfortunately cannot accommodate everyone's request. The guest policy of PFC M&Gs also varies so please take care to read the directions that accompany every M&G sign up in case you cannot attend the M&G alone.
• What is Early Entry / Cut the Line?
  Early Entry / Cut the Line enables PFC members to enter the venue a few minutes before the general public in venues that have a General Admission area.
• Can I write directly to the band because I'm a fan club member?
  All fan mail is forwarded to the band-- fan club member or not. If you would like to write to the band, please use the following address:

• Does the band ever hang out on the PFC Forum or chat room?
  Sometimes! Paramore has quite the busy schedule but Hayley (and others!) have been known to pop into the chat room here and there.
