And I really want to dye it/ or streak it a really groovy colour :)- not black though!!
any suggestions?- any would be a real help!

lol xD i used to be blonde, but i dyed my hair this week... its pretty much red browny orange now
i said red highlights

i think blonde hair blue highlights is good :) but try temporary first
there's a reason why people dye their hair in ordere to become blonde...don't you think?!? keep it like that you look great!
i agree with @alimanium. neon green would look really cool. but idk do wat u want. and like @sabrina said maybe u should try some temporary die to test it out or photoshop yourself
pink or blue but do not put permanent color in it right away put temprary first then see what you like

you should try non permanent colors, see which one you like.
then go from there.
just put a ton of colours in it and backcomb it a little

Nobody ever believs me ... but i had neon-green for quite a long time ... unfortunately had to return to my natural red/orange because of my job :]
And i think neon-green rocks on everybody...try it ^^
Keep it like that it looks good.
If not maybe pink would look cool.
