What do you guys think of the video for airplanes. I like it a lot. It's simple but very effective. I think it was a good decison for Hayley to go barefoot. There's something very classy about a girl singing a brooding ballad like this barefoot.It captures the emotion more or something. I hope she goes barefoot for live performances of this song too(If there are any)

I'm not a fan of rap music and I was very disappointed when I learned that Hayley sang a duet with B.O.B. She doesn't look like herself in the video but i think that it's a good way to gave her more publicity considering that airplanes has a lot of succes!

I like the way she looks very different in the video. I think it would be good for to have different image for stuff outside Paramore. Performing barefoot looks elegant and it's a contrast to the trainers she usually wears performing with Paramore
if I like the video it seems that the news that I would sing with hayley gave more publicity
For Airplanes i think the bare foot thing goes well with the kind of "look" they seem to be aiming for. I wouldn't like to her see go barefoot for any of the Paramore stuff, but yeah I think it does work for Airplanes.

No I don't have a foot fetish. I think the barefoot look looks good for singers when they are performing a certain type of song, I feel it captures the emotion more when singing a powerful ballad. Many female artists have been performing barefoot recently, Florence Welch and Allison Goldfrapp, Kelly Clarkson and Joss Stone just to name a few, bare feet really suit a certain type of a song, but I don't want to see her perform the paramore songs barefoot, just airplanes(if she ever performs it live) I just feel bare feet are suited to that song.
