For me it would have to be all of Paramore's albums.
'All We Know Is Falling' and 'Brand New Eyes' in particular. Bascially for the reason that when I was going through a rough time I realised just how much the lyrics from the songs on these albums spoke to me and helped me.

Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys- MCR. This band is my saviour. I mean it.
Riot! has definitely marked my life.

Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge by MCR changed my life in 2005.

Riot by Paramore suddenly had a profound effect on me in 2008.
