Last week when Bvb's new album came out , they were invited to play a show for Hot Topic in hollywood.
During the show Andy Sixx tried to jump from a balcony down to the floor, but ended up falling on his side and breaking 3 ribs! He did however finish preforming but after spent 7 hours in the hospital,
anyway lets hope that he'll be realitivly better for the tour!

Andy was amazing the other day at Warped, his broken ribs obviously did slow him down but he gave an amazing show!
At the signing he did look very very tired and pained but he is deffinatly almost better.
oh and they must really have bad luck because Jake Pitts the guitarist fractured 3 ribs at the Montreal concert, but he's fine now.

I saw him today at the BVB's first Warped Tour show in Mountain View, CA. They were really great.

(For those who think they don't like Black Veil Brides, give them a chance -- their two guitarists are quite amazing, and Andy Sixx has a lot of stage presence and I had to give him props for performing with three broken ribs, knowing that even one broken rib can be extremely painful.)

I agree with Matt and the rest of them. A lot worse could happen to anyone. Andy will heal up in the next few weeks and forget it ever happened. I could break three ribs walking to school, no one is heroicly praying for me. And I'm not asking them to.
He'll be perfectly fine, with or without prayers and such.

Next up for the band is a slot on the Vans Warped tour, although Biersack's injury will keep him sidelined until after the June 24 kickoff date.
"I've asked several doctors and gotten a bunch of different opinions," he says about the estimated time it'll take for a full recuperation. "I'm going to have to miss the first week of the Warped tour at the very least, and that's frustrating, but I'm also not going to push myself to get onstage before I'm ready."

No, he was stupid enough to do the thing so he is suffering for it now. What if he had to cancel the tour if it was worse? What if he died from it? Imagine your reaction then.
It was a stupidly selfish thing to do to seem "Rock and roll". I'd no sooner congratulate him if he jumped off a cliff and happened to survive than I would pray for him.

BVB is still in the line-up for Warped Tour on July 2nd here in the SF Bay Area, so I'll let you guys know (1) if Andy performs and (2) how mobile he is.
I can't imagine he'll be jumping around on stage barely a week after breaking three ribs, but props to him if he does.

what Matthew leone did last year was amazing and so heroic( no sarcasim intended)
but everything is worth praying for and NO ONE deserves to get hurt even if what they did was a little bone headed.

No, he didn't do anything heroic enough for me to care.
Last year Matthew Leone from Madina Lake got his head kicked in so badly that the doctors had to remove 1/3 of his skull to allow for swelling. They didn't think he'd live.
Did he do it in a foolish stage stunt?
No.
He saw a man beat up a woman, go over to try and prevent it and then had them both turn on him and leave him unconscious and bleeding in the street.
THAT was worth praying for. This is pathetic. Andy deserves it for being so retarded.
