I play acoustic guitar and the closest chords i got are ' Am , F , Cadd9 , G ' :) capo on fret 3.. :) good luck..

Another way is: Em C D for the verses and then the chorus is C G D Em. Don't thank me, thank Laura Zocca, she posted these on Tumblr. :)

Ok, I just figured out the chords by ear, and putting them online soon.
Intro and verses - Am B
Chorus - Am, G, Bm.
Am, G, Bm.
Am, G, B.
Am, Bm, Am..
Bridge - Bm (2 counts), Am, G. x 2.
Am, G.
Back to chorus.
Hope that helped, it's pretty accurate in sound on the piano.

i hope its correct, i only relied on my ears.:)
I listened to it a couple of times, and i think its on the key of C on a standard tuning. the chorus goes on a C then G then E then D using the power chords..:)
