I was only curious to see who has actually been obsessed with Twilight before it became popular. But I guess a true Twilight fan would be someone who knows everything about Twilight and is just obsessed with everything Twilight.

i actually heard of twilight before the movies , just never had any interest about it . i read the books after i watch the 1st movie .
I loved paramore wayy before twilight but this isn't the point of the topic .

I didn't even watch the film when it came out, it was later, even after it had been released on DVD. I enjoyed the film but didn't think it brilliant, until after i had read the book, and re-watched it.
If i am going to watch a film and read a book,i prefer to watch the film first. If i don't the characters are not what i imagined, when transferred to screen. After watching Twilight, i read all of the books.
I was really late to Twilight lol...i only heard about in the summer of '09 when my friend lent me the book.
I NEVER watch films before I have read the book that its based on, its like my personal rule lol...mainly because the movie is nearly always worse =)
Anyway, so i read the books and i was just completely hooked! I went out and bought the rest and read them in the space of about a week lol =) and i tend to re-read at least one of them every month or so =)
Then i watched the film after i had finished the books...wasn't overly impressed with it...but i have to say New Moon was much better =)
Well I've never claimed to like it at all, so that's me sorted ;D
I never even heard about Twilight, that is, until I heard Paramore was doing 'Decode' for it. Lol. I thought Twilight was about a horse!
I feel like suuuuch a waffle-head now. :P
I found out about the movie and then read the books (in a week) and since then I've become obsessed. My twilight book is destroyed, I've seen New moon in cinema 7 times (5 times in the first week, twice on the opening day and 4 in the opening weekend), I have both soundtracks, I saw Twilight in cinema 7 times, the 7th time was 4 weeks before new moon came out despite me having it on DVD. I've followed the Eclipse movie since they started filming it and followed the new moon movie in the same way. I know all the characters names, their histories, about 80% of the actors names (including ones like Angela Weber's actor), I read New moon 3 times in a week before the film came out and er, idk? I love it deeply :D
