In my opinion, Amy's voice is definitely more powerful, mature, and purely unbelievable. Avril, on the other hand, has more of an "edgy" voice. They both are incredibly talented and have such oftentimes sad, but MEANINGFUL songs. I think Amy Lee's voice is more mature/powerful than Avril's, but they both have such amazing talent and their voices are DIFFERENT, so it really just comes down to which style you like better.

It doesn't mean she's more talented than Avril at all. It just means that the lyrics and the vocal style appeals to you more, do NOT get that mistaken with "talent".
Amy Lee has a lot more talent than Avril. I like Avril's style and her songs are fun. but Amy Lee has a lot more soul and depth to he music and lyrics.
Avril's lyrics always always have such raw meaning to them. You can tell when you're listening to them that this is what she was feeling, this is what she's going through and this is how she wants it to be. so that everyone knows that. She gets her opinions across very very simply and her music is and always has been pretty amazing.
Amy Lee has an amazing voice, it's so powerful it's unreal. The lyrics are pretty complex a lot of the and very deeply written. I appreciate and love all of their songs, but Avril's my favourite out of the two.
