hey guys, I got a question. if I wrote a song called brand new eyes (also the name of paramore's latest record brand new eyes obviously) and published the song, is that copyright infringement?

No, not at all. There are many bands who have the same song/album titles. It's very common. As long as the song isn't really similar so anything Paramore has written, you should be fine :]
nope, only if you "write" something that is almost like a paramore´s song
it won't. but if you copied almost the song. it would be.
why:) you're planning to write one:)?
