The earthquake was terrible, the most frightening of my whole life. Fortunatelly everybody in my family is ok.

yup. it was a disaster.
i felt it!! and i'm in buenos aires, argentina. around 4:30 am my room started moving slightly. at first, i thought i was dizzy. but then i realised that the door, my curtains and a couple more things were all moving at the same time in the same direction back and foward. it spooked me O_o I told my mum, who didn't took it so well given that it was 4 am and she was sleeping xD She told me it was nothing and i was nuts. (gotta love my mum!) but i didn't give up so easily. i went back a few minutes later and showed her evidence. her closet doors were moving back and foward too. she said "ok.. whatever. i bet there was an earthquake somwhere. google it. and shut up and let me sleep"
unfortunately, too much damage was done. hopefully they can recover from this awful situation.

my heart goes out to those affected by the earthquake and i pray that people will be saved and the damage dosent carry on and is all repaired. god bless.x.
I really hope and pray everything isn't too bad. But,from what I've seen and read it looks bad. I hope they'll be many survivors and for the people that die,I hope they rest in peace and they're family and friends will be OK. But,the biggest thing I could do is pray and donate so I'll be doing that.
I live in santiago , chile . this day (27 february ) is a very very bad :( i cry for dead people for earthquake :(

here at santiago wasn't too much damage (it was more the fear)
In concepcion was worst
It was way too scary
a lot died of heart attaks
