Yeah I just looked up wiki and from what it says (hoping it is true) it's a bonus with hot-topic as you said or a b-side? ok that wasn't much help..

I don't think that Riot! has Decoy on it at all. I'm pretty sure that Decoy is on the Hallelujah EP so you could try looking for that :)
