They will make a new one :) They should do another live concert, just full of Riot! and Brand New Eyes :) I hope they get a platinum in the next album! Totally deserve it :')
id guess at late 2011 being the earliest possible release date, probs more likely to be like mid to late 2012 but... lets hope its before the world ends! :D
They'll tour for BNE again next year probably so I'm guessing a new album won't be out until maybe the near the end of the year at the earliest. I'm pretty sure it'll be in 2011 though.
Since they seem to make one album every two years it's most likely that their next one will come out in 2011. But who know, it might take more/less time.

they're doing another tour next year.
they usually have a 2 year brake from an album, so probably 2011, let's keep our fingers crossed!!

I reckon their next album will be a live cd and dvd of Brand New Eyes tour
But a new album with new songs will propably be in about 3 or 4 years
And of course they will win awards for it because they keep becoming bigger and better
