That Doctor Who was amazing. Im a huge fan, and i really liked the flying fish!! I didnt see the point, but i thought it added a different touch XD
I'm a huge doctor who fan and thought it was amazing :)
especially when i realised that dumbledore was in it :P
Matt Smith is the best doctor ever (:
@Shannen-Ashlea yh i guess your right, i still think it could off been better but i have to admit the fish were kinda funny especially when they rode the shark
@MartinHardee it'd be cool to hear that song in doctor who but the theme tune is classic, doctor whos been around for 50 years and themes stayed more or less the same, i don't think they'd change it
It was epic!!
I can't believe Dumbledore was in it!!
And I thought Abigail had said her surname was "Petticrew" and I nearly died knowing my name was in it but it was "Pettigrew"!!
:(
(I wasn't going to comment since this didn't seem Paramor-ish enough, but I can't resist.)
I agree with @:paramonday at six and @parawhovian. The Fish made it. I loved the signing. Plus the mystery girl in the capsule (Abigail) was a good plot device to keep you wondering if she was ever going to get out (I guess we knew she would). BTW for some reason the "premier" in the US was only on Xmas day, on BBC America here in the US.
Hey, wouldn't the opening theme from the recent band tours (the intro that played before Ignorance) have been a better score? Actually, segueing into Ignorance would have been fitting, given the ignorance of his own past that Dumbledore -- I mean Scrooge -- was exhibiting. .
BTW I notice there is a Wikipedia entry for the episode, in case you are still trying to figure out anything: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Christmas_Carol_%28Doctor_Who%29
Ehh, I would have preferred a new alien or something, rather than flying fish. It was still pretty awesome though :)
I loved everything!!! I always do, since they had like my all fave things in the world (apart from Paramore) in there, I was happy!!! Micheal Gambon from Harry Potter, it was Doctor Who, and a shark like Jaws?!!! What's not to love!!! And the preview for series six?! :O It looks scary to me!!! CANNOT WAIT!!!
It was okay but I found it pretty boring. I mean I have seen so many better Dr Who episodes and that one was a christmas special they could have jazzed it up a little. Though I did like the fish & the shark, I think that was the most exciting part when the shark started going crazy. Well I just want to see what the next series is going to be like.
@Shannen-Ashlea it was ok but they could of done so many other thing, made up a new alien but they went for flying fish, but i guess it was ok but it could of been better
@beth
they're fish, and they fly. What's not to love?
Just to add...
I got a Sonic Screwdriver, a DW keyring that makes awesome noises, a tardis pen and a dalek alarm clock that alams with 'you are the enemy, you must be destroyed, exterminate, you would make a good dalek'. I had SUCH a good christmas Doctor Who wise :')
@paramonday at six, the idea is quite lame, but it worked alright,.
Am I the only one who liked the flying fish? D:
Lul, I thought it was awesome ;D
it was a good episode but the flying fish ruined it!!!!!!!!
btw i didn't know the Scrooge guy was Dumbledore!!!!
Dumbledore was awesome.
The rest was crap.
Katherine Jenkins was good in it but flying fish and a flying shark utter bullshit kind of a lame episode really and Amy was hardly in it disappointing.
I loved it! Although I agree, the idea of a fish flying in fog was a little lame.. but i liked the giant wasp! haha.
Dumbledore played a rather awesome Scrooge sorta character ;D.
I can't believe it didn't tell us when it's back on though! Catherine Jenkins was pretty good too.
