@Lucas I apologise my bad has it really been that long since Germany won well I guess it was worth the wait then. I hope you enjoyed the win it really was a catchy song Lena was'nt the best singer I've ever heard but I actually quite liked her when she sang again at the end I even caught myself singing along. @C'mon Chickens I agree with you about Eurovision being a load of crap but that's why I like it because some of the songs are so cheesy that they are actually fun but I don't like the way the voting is done political bullshit and nothing to do with the best song. About wanting the UK not to enter anymore we seem to have given up on it anyway how else do you explain the crap songs we've entered for the last few years.
I didn't watch it. You know, other countires that hate the UK should take a step back and wonder where they'd be without us. The BBC puts the most money towards Eurovision, so without us it'd eventually fail. I want the UK to stop entering. :D

We could have the best song in the world and we would still finish last. @Lucas it's 13 years since we last won not 28 we won it in 1997 with a song called Love Shine A Light by Katrina And The Waves.

But I hate the Eurovision. No one votes based on talent, it's all based on politics and International relations between countries. That's why UK doesn't get any votes (aside from the fact that we always have crap songs) - we're an island. You can sit there and predict exactly who each country is going to give points to, even before it's announced.
I'm from the Netherlands, and that Sieneke-shit was just horrible. I was not amazed (no one was) when she didn't make it through the semi-finals.
Next year, we should send Rowwen Heze out.
but i really liked Lena she's so sweet and a downearth girl and the song of cyprus was really good to they really didn't deserve their place :( just political votes -.-
