A girl on the drums?
So guys, I was thinking about a thing which first I thought “ugh, that’s weird” but then I was like “maybe that’s gonna be nice”. What you think about a girl like the new Paramore drummer? Theres so many talent drummers girls and a great point is: people wouldn’t talking about just Hayley, you know, Paramore would be “the band which got a girl on the vocals, a girl on the drums and two boys playing guitar and bass”. I know that the most of people think “But Hayley is the only girl in the band!” and nanana, but… Well, that’s what I think ‘bout it.

But yeahh, overall, that's a really good idea. It adds a bit more "flavor" to the band.
Well, i'm talking about it cause I know a band that the drummer is a girl (the rest of the members are boys) and they are really good, i mean, they work together!
I like it as 2 boys and 1 girl im sure hayley dosnt mind i just think it would change the band a little im just saying what i think i wouldnt really like it

Yeah tha'd be kewl. Girl drummers are rare. Like the only ones I've heard of are Meg White, and Kitty from msi
@Ross This is how I imagine the new Paramore. But would be a surprise for me if the new drummer were really a girl, y' know.
I'm friends with a great band called Altered Sky, and they have a girl singer, girl drummer and the 3 guys playing guitar and bass :P Nothing wrong with girl drummers ^-^

personally i have tons of respect for girl drummers. it takes a lot to drum for an entire set without tiring. im a guy and i get tired after a few rockband songs on medium :P hahahaha
The gender of the new drummer doesn't really matter to me as long as they're good. The drummer in my band is a girl and she is AMAZING at it! But Zac is a guy and he's really good too. So it's just a matter of how well they play.
i'd love that... it would be weird and interesting. idk, i just want to see what happens and what direction paramore takes with the new members. male or female, i look foward to hearing about them. when is this uncertainty going to stop?!! i'm going mad.

That would definitely be something, it might steal some of Hayley's spotlight (which might be a good thing). But really, it's the music that matters.

@Paraless First: Hayley isn't the vocalist from Paramore because she is hot, you should know that. It's because she got a really good voice. And second, a girl like the new Paramore drummer would be great, cause the band would be really A BAND, I don't know if you are understending me.

i dont think that could be possible just because this is not paramore, its just hayley band. i once said in this forum that if hayley leavs paramore, the band would be over, however if one of the other members leave the band, they would not be over. they made fun of me, then some months after that the farro left the band and paramore continued. so i dont think another girl would be good couse if she is hot, heyley would not be the most important person in the band and that could bring some really big problems. believe me, i understand this stuff ;)
It'd be really cool, actually. Wait, it'd be perfect! Hayley wouldn't be the only girl in the band, maybe it would divide the midia attention.
i don't think it would really matter if a new drummer is a girl or a guy, if they're a good drummer then they should be in the band.
