Lets face it, it's not a fake. Loads of people do this, is she was hacked fair enough, if she sent it by mistake, why does it concern us?

I think it would have already been addressed if it was fake. Why doesn't anyone want to except that Hayley is a normal 21 year old woman? People take pictures of themselves like that; everyone is only freaking out because she's a celebrity... Well guess what, celebrities are people just like everyone else. They just live in front of the public eye.
that is possible. if its true that she didn't post it accidently and remove it FAST, that someone hacked her twitter, then it it's a possibility. There were 2 theories of what happened.
1. Hayley took a photo of herself meant for someone specific, then by accident she posted it to twitter. She deleted it fast, but not after people saw it.
2. Someone hacked hayleys account and posted that photo. It doesn't matter where it was posted from. If someone picked up hayley's phone, went into email, took it off their email (email it to themselves), and posted it. it could be fake....
i would just hope hayley would tell the truth to her fans and i believe her story. i trust her. if she lied, that would be worse to me than any stupid photo.

If the person wanted to make it look authentic then they could have edited it on photoshop, sent it to their blackberry, uploaded it from there.

The photo would have to be fake. Hayley uses a Mac. Her twitter is what was hacked, not her computer so the photo was one provided solely by the hacker which means it has to be editied
there is some dick on paramore.net who has made an account, set their display picture has the supposed Hayley picture and called her a whore. I mean, where do people get the need to do that? Bring her down when she at her lowest why don't they.
heyy, someone posted a message on my wall that i thought was actually a pretty good idea. it was that everyone should delete all these posts that have anything to do with the photo, and just act like it never happened, and i am sure she will know that people care. and you can always post something on her wall. i just think having so many reminders will be very depressing. so yeah even though i agree with you maybe we should all delete our posts to do with this?
If you want proof of it's legitimacy, look at the post she put straight after.
She didn't deny it's authenticity, just that she got hacked.
