I'm not a huge fan of undercuts in general but she can do whatever she wants with her hair, and she'll still look super pretty with it.

I will always love her, regardless of what her hair is or her style. She is an amazing person inside and out. All the people who are being mean and negative need to stop because all Hayley's being is herself. That's all we can ask from her.
She's one of my favorite singers, Paramore will always be my favorite band whether I like their newest song or album or performance or what. Hayley's style, from my perspective, is just getting a little obnoxious. To be honest. She used to be adorably punk and now she tries a little bit too hard.
HOWEVER. She is still my favorite singer. They are still my favorite band. And that won't change because of her newest hairstyle.

oh and @| | |, when i look in the mirror, i do not see a hypocrite thank you very much! and ok, maybe hypocrite wasnt the best word to use, but all i was trying to say was that she is know for her hair, so people are obvs going to talk about it when she changes it. i do think she is one of the most influential women around, and i admire her for being who she is.

hey, cummon guys, lets not start getting touchy, this was only a disscussion to see what we thought about it. firstly, surely everyone is entitled to their opinions, and secondly, as much as i love her, and i dont want to anger anyone, but she is known for her hair, so for her to complain is a bit hypocritical, as she was fine with it before

All we need to pay attention to is the music.. it's her hair, so as long as she likes it that's all that matters. People join bands to share their music, not to be judged on their hair style or anything else. Obviously she's amazing/talented/beautiful so people will pay attention to her looks, but all the people being mean/negative about it need to shut it. I've seen people with similar hair, and I think she is one of the few people that can actually pull off that style, so I like it.

Coming from someone who cuts their hair all the time going from long to short I say its hair and it DOES grow back, on another note, I like it! its very edgy and cute :)

Well no, it isn't. Because people are going to have opinions and they're going to express them. She mightn't agree with it but the way she's making out like people are making a HUGE deal about it is just absurd. People aren't making a huge deal about it. They're just expressing what they think and they are then more than likely just moving on. It's a passing comment. "I don't like the hair" and that's it.
Hair isn't your life, no, but when you're known for your hair and it's a trademark of yourself and the band you're apart of and has been for about 6 years it is going to be picked upon.
Even if people do care, it's their business. She can't tell people what they can care passionately about. What if these people are the future John Freida or whatever? Are they allowed to have such an opinion now?
It was a very ignorant thing to say. She could have just said "I like my hair and I don't care if people don't. That's all there is to it".
THAT would have been more appropriate. But hey, she can say what she likes. But she is in the spot light and that has set aside now 2 sides to things. The people that will quote that to no end and the people that think that her hair is bad.

I actually thought what she said was perfect. I mean it has to get old, people always having something to say about her hair. It's HER hair, let her do what she wants with it! And she is right...one day they just might realize how silly it is to care so much about a person's haircut. i didn't think it was that negative...

Persons in the spotlight should always try to be careful what they say and the products/organizations they endorse. Unfortunately thats not always the case.

That comment although valid kind of annoyed me. Pretty ignorant thing to say. I understand that she probably didn't mean that and just that but still, elaboration would have made her seem less douchey.
