i think donkey's not really the dad and dragon got knocked up by a guy dragon and then she made the babies have plastic surgery so they looked like donkey too so he wouldn't think she was cheating on him

Hagrid is a very tall human/giant whereas Grawp is a full giant, it says this in the book. Grawp was the offspring of Fridwulfa and another unknown giant.
