No they planted N. Ireland (which is taking it by force) and a lot of ur ancestors arn't from Scotland (desendents from irish) or England. Ur Irish arn't u? N. Ireland isn't a country it's part of Ireland and was calemed by The British Empire it hasn't been declared a separet country. There were always people in N. Ireland the Beaker people and hunter gatherers were there long before any Brits. The Troubles weren't caused by paramilateries they were caused by sectarianism. Steal away no get back what is ours its part of our country the Brits stole it.

You have a Northern Ireland Assembly which is similar to a Parliament but has less powers. You also have seats in Westminster
LOL. I can see some sectarianism appearing here from certain people. What everyone has been saying so far is right, apart from Kate-Csylene's comment. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are all countries. The UK is made up of all of them, but Great Britain is only made up of England, Scotland and Wales.

@Eoin Scotland and England settled in N. Ireland hundreds of years ago, before many of the Irish had explored it. It wasn't invading. Now, what's invading is how ROI is looking to steal away N. Ireland's independance as its own country.
In N. Ireland there's a huge fuss about Catholics and Protestants and years ago there were hundreds of people killed over the stupid feud due to paramilitary groups. This was called, 'The Troubles'. Irish want N. Irish to be part of a United Ireland, but since all of our ancestors are from Scotland and England we prefer to be part of the UK and stay true to our heritage. Northern Ireland has like, it's own parliament or something (Confusion) but they also get seats at Westminster? I think, not sure. Our parliament is now made up of Catholics and Protestants in an act to try and make peace, but it isn't making much difference.
Personally I don't have a problem with Irish people. We're only as bad as each other really.
though I'm not that great at geography, I think it is a country.

Ireland and Britain have been arguing over Irelands independance for hundreds of years and the whole Home Rule Bill thing came in.
So Ireland is a completely seperate country and Protestants and Catholics in Northern Ireland have riots and dont get on and Protestants consider themselves British and not a part of Ireland and Catholics consider themselves Irish and not a part of Britain

But you're right, yeah. The United Kingdom is made up of England (woot), Scotland, Wales, and yes we nabbed Northern Ireland, but if they want it back so much they can have it. I think Northern Ireland wanna become independent though, I dunno.
