I hate how people judge other by appearences, and try to group them. i mean i know high schools all finding who you are and fitting in or crap but like people at school try to classify me as a "prep" (which i sure as heck am not) or whatever and i hate that because (most) people have so much to their personalities that you cant classify them in groups, although people often do. im not saying ive never done this, but its still wrong.

Judging people or stereotyping is in the human nature...its bound to happen and everyone does it...the brain is only try to classify the person (the one being judged) into a group to deduce more info about them...its almost automatic...

well, I've never been stereotyped as far as I know for I have... a really weird personality. Have different sets of friends, hang out with random people often.
Well, everyone hates being judged. but look at it this way, the ones who judge you are the ones who don't know you. :)
Well, I don't hate them..., just... I don't support them. Also I don't back up hating them... and i get kind of upset about those who try to call attention by acting brutally different... I'm old school btw, and I just dislike people I call 'unjustified rebels'. Anyway... hating is a bad thing.

@pinoyboy- I'm a loner too. I learned a few years ago that I'd rather be a loner with a few good friends than have a lot of friends that are willing to screw you over! I mean my group of friends let all the air outta my tires- learned my lesson real fast!
and I get classified different things everyday because I wear many different styles of clothing. Stereotypes are just a way to group people so that other people can feel more comfortable
I agree with you, pinoyboy. I would never want tons of friends for the sake of having tons of friends. I have one best girl friend, and one best guy friend, and they are all I need.

yea im pretty quiet too, and i dont have many friends. But for me quality is better then quantity. I stick with a few friends who i know are good friends. Then people call me a loner cuz of that....

i just had to do a 5min speech about stereotypes, its really depressing when u get stereotyped/judged. Idk y but i just dont seem to get along with girls cuz they all wanna wear xtreme short shorts and talk about guys and fashion and just be totally fake and stuck up big time (im not saying all girls are like this but there are alot) and im more layed back and wanna speak about video games and stuff like that, there need to be more girls like me instead all of the fake barbies. So now i just sit with all guys and no girls and i hardly talk to any girls (i think i might have like 4 girl-friends but they dont go to my school) So i usually get looked at and judged, im starting to get fed up with ppl that judge others by what they do and what they look like. (srry if i was a bit of topic)

I went to uhh Circuit City one day last year
and I was looking for Scream by Tokio Hotel
and I asked a guy that worked there.
"Hey do you guys have Tokio Hotel...?"
he's all "Sure what genre is is it....rap, hip hop r&b...?"
Im like uhhh(wtf?!?) "Alt rock...I guess"
and he kinda looks at me in disbelief
and after all that he doesnt even tell me if they have it I have to go look for the dude....ugh jerk

Yeah...everyone thinks I'm emo because one day I happened to wear all black and I don't really care about makeup or making my hair all fancy. Even some of my friends call me a nerd 'cause I care about my grades and I actually try to do well...stereotypes aren't cool...but we should all feel good that we're mature enough to think outside the tiny box people who stereotype create.

I really don't gaf what people label me as but alot people call me normal. :) haha or a bandnerd and that's pretty much it.
Well I am laughed at a lot of times for doing musical theatre because, first off the music isn't "Hip" or "current" or "radio material". Secondly, Theatre people are generally thought of as "weird" and "strange". I write pop and I can sing pop easily. I can sing nearly everything from Musical Theatre to Opera to Pop to Rap (sorta not really but you know. btw sorry if I sound like I am bragging, I usually don't do that, but i seem to do it when i am angry or feel left out...srry). I don't like it how some people will just label you before knowing you. Stereotypes do exist, but not in everyone.
*Random Fact* I used to have the same fone as u. Tht is an enV2 write? They don't even make them anymore cuz they malfuntioon a ton. I had two. The first one broke and the second one's screen stoped working 4 days after I got it. I have the enV touch now
