Of course. I don't think that they would add any member to the band without full consideration. I have a feeling that Taylors brother could be seen more and more until he becomes permanent. This would be nice, because he is tried and tested and accepted by the fans already. It would also bring another brother-dynamic to the band, which i think people always liked.
They are going to need to get new band members. They can hardly play their music without drums and a lead/rythm guitarist. But yeah, I'll always love Paramore

I would quite like it if they stayed as a three piece too, and just got touring members to fill in for Josh and Zac.
