    Does Paramore ever have meet and greets after a show? Each time I look at the shows it never says anything about any meet and greets.

they have..but u have to be a member of their official fan club.. my cousin says u have to 30 dollars or something to be a membr.. ^^ they usually have d meet and greets before starting d concert :))

They do it before they show and in order to get meet and greets you have to be part of the Paramore fan club and you have to enter meet and greet contests.
