i love 30 seconds to mars as much a sthe next person, but they were nominated 4 two other categories. so i wish paramore wouldve won the only one they were nominated for. :(
i was pretty upset but at least they lost to a good video/band. the only reason i watched the show was to see them perform, but i thought they were going to do like a whole song not just a chorus and bridge, and i was hoping for a rock song too. oh well, at least they performed at all and were even nominated
it was pretty much the lady gaga award show it seemed like she won everything she was in. i love her though but just saying. and paramore so should have gotten best rock. i loved there performance the lights were sweet.
I know man. I was really pissed when they lost for 'Best Rock Video.' And then 'Airplanes' came along and I thought ok we still have a chance Paramore.. but then they lost again. I have to say, they were so cool about it though. Like Hayley high-fived the guy, totally cool. Me on the other hand was not, lol. =) As for their performance.. I really wish they didn't get to only perform a little bit of 'The Only Exception.' I was expecting 'Ignorance' because of the lights (we all were), but regardless: the stage looked gorgeous. Hayley did a good job with B.o.B., but I still wish they did a little bit more for the VMAs. =)
Amen to "AustraliaNeedsMoreParamore!xx" Im not fazed that they didn't win...still winners in my eyes haha. Safe to say Paramore still rocked the VMA's clearly one of if not THE best performance of the night! what did you guys think?
Who cares if they didnt win? it would have been great if they did but GAGA deserved that, and the rock video- well i think paramore should have one. But there is always next year :) they dont need an award to impress me! :) haha
