I have been a member for PFC since 22 June, and i was told that it can take up to four weeks for my merchandise to arrive. It has now been nearly 4 months (16 weeks) and still no sign of it. I can access the site fine, so its nothing to do with my login or the info i gave. And because I am going to the concert in October, i would really like to have the stuff.
So please, if you know someone i could email or something else that would be helpful then please do tell :)
And i am also in Australia. (if that means anything, with international orders...)

@Australia. Thats weird. I signed up around then two and I got my stuff within 2 weeks. And i'm from Australia as well.I hope you get some info from emailing them. :)
i became a member in january and when i hadn't received it within 8 weeks i sent email and they told that it's arrived in february 5th but it hadn't. i've tried to find it but without any results.
@jmore; oh okay. that sucks. Well i sent an email anyway just to double check. Hopefully it will come eventually :)
i signed up around then as well or in august or something. the problem seems to be that the packages are having trouble getting through customs.
@jmore; when did you sign up to be a PFC, because they should arrive within 4 weeks of the order. Thats what the site say anyway.
i dont think anyone has gotten their merch yet. i haven't gotten mine either.
