It doesn't matter whether or not you're a fan.
the PFC is made to be the elite and because we paid the money we should have the right to such perks. Occasionally Paramore do signings yeah, occasionally. But it doesn't mean that you have the right to basically shit on those that do have the money or worth to bother to save up for the fan club.
If you can't afford it then that's your fault. it has no reason for the people who have paid the PFC charges to get fucked over.
If they weren't allowed then they should either ask someone else to do it for them or wait. It still isn't any problem of any member of the PFC to qualify it as being fair for you to meet the band. You have obstacles. Go around them.

Paramore only get a minor amount of the commission from band merchandise. CDs are worth jack shit, as are music downloads, gig tickets etc etc. Making a Tshirt yourself does practically nothing for the band. By practically I mean nothing at all.
PFC pretty much goes straight into Paramore's pocket. After paying off those who work on the site etc but it'd be more revenue than they'd get from other bits of memorabilia.
It's not about being united and singing it at all. So if I went around town singing paramore songs that instantly means that I deserve to meet the band and those who joined the PFC should only have a "chance" at it?

The PFC exists for a reason. For them to do any kind of organised convention for the 19+ million fans who didn't join would be absurdly unfair, a waste of a lot of money from some people and just a basic "fuck you" to those who did pay the PFC. If it did happen I'd most definitely write an email demanding a refund on £60 at least because you get fuck all from the PFC apart from a tshirt and some other minor shit and everyone only realistically joins for the possibility of meeting the band. Otherwise it's just a very expensive website.
I have a right over them because I paid. They did not. It's a basic conecpt

there are other ways to support paramore than being a member of the PFC...
such as wearing a 'paramore is still a band' tee, even if you made it yourself at home! it's about being united, and singing it where everyone can hear.
i'm a member, but thats cos i have a job. im pretty sure a HUGE amount of paramore fans are not even old enough to get a job yet/still at school. so why should you have the right over them? thats not fair!

I Think Katies topic isnt a waste because not all fans are allowed to join up because their parents simply wont allow it. if paramore wanted to meet everyone of their british fans they should do meets and greets in towns and cities everywhere. plus it would be more fare if they did it all over the world so other fans in different countries didnd feel left out.
well rach is right, christmas is coming soon and i already have asked for PFC membership cus i dont have any other way of getting the money to buy it.

No. You supported this topic which is to meet them for FREE. THAT is retarded because I have forked out nearly £100 for said chances. When you're not such a cheap skate then yeah, you can meet them. But when I am earning money, spending it on supporting them and also for the chance to meet them, yeah, I can quite honestly to tell you to "kindly" do whatever the fuck I want as far as they're concerned.

I apologise if I seemed rude but I spent £90 on a 3 year term in the PFC. I met Paramore. Would I have been pissed if I had paid all the money, not met them and then have some wanker who hadn't bothered to pay the money but met them anyway?
