How much does it cost?
Do you get any privileges? (Like meet and greets and stuff like that?)

Yours only took 4 weeks! not fair, i live in Tasmania though, so i suppose that could make a difference.
I'm still waiting for mine, and i joined just before christmas. I paid $45 AUD

I joined on Thanksgiving and I still haven't recieved mine. Does any one know when I'll get it. I live in the US if that helps.

It's about $30 US and about £15, UK.
You get opportunities for Meet and Greets and failing that you can get early entry tickets.
Also, presale tickets so you don't have to be there to buy the tickets at the exact moment and endure the rush of people trying to get them.
You get info and special videos occasionally and every now and then the band are on the chat thing.

I think it depends on what you are expecting. You get some freebies but really, $45 isn't that much.
