Uhm, so I love Hayley's old hair during 2007 or just plain old bright red, and I really want to dye my hair like that, but I've never really dyed my whole head before. so opinions?

what you can do is if you have bangs just dye your bangs red and if you like it dye your whole hair because lets say you don't like how it looks on you than it would suck that you dyed your whole hair
Hmmm, If you are not sure, I suggest using some that is semi-permanant first, just in case. If you like it, find something as close as possible (maybe ask a hair stylist/sales assistant to help you)

If you have hair any darker than blonde, bleach it first, then do it, otherwise the red wont take to it.
But since you have Light Brown hair(That's my natural color too) you've got a lot more "Hair Breathing room" as my mom calls it(She's a Hair Dresser) to change your hair color
unless your skin is tan or darker I'd go bright red
or even if your skin is dark I'd go for the orange.
If your thinking of going bright red...you HAVE to have light skin for it to work. It worked on me bc my skin is pale but I've known Guys & girls who have darker skin and it went horribly wrong
If you mean Orange,than go for it. I've gone Aubornish Brown but never orange. I bet'd it look good!

You should if you want! But my Mom says that Blonde hair's a gift and that you should appreciate it you shouldn't change it because of some body else
