@Paul I am seeing them :) They're inbetween Four Year Strong and Cobra Starship on the stage next to it, so it works out perfect
There are quite a few acts that are/have been on Soundwave tour this year, but Give Tonight Alive a go!
I'm a proud Paramore fan but also an expat Aussie now living in the States i'm proud to have ANY OZ band doing well and breaking in a big way in the USA - and Tonight Alive are doing their own thing - can't wait to see them on the Go Radio tour & then on the Warped tour in the USA this year..
@caseybubbles I have the exact same problem with versa and soad :\ I really want to see versa but there's no way I could pass up soad

Hoping to see System, Enter Shikari, You Me At Six, Conditions, Pretty Reckless, Madina Lake, Relient K, Tonight Alive, Dashboard Confessional, Switchfoot, Jack's Mannequin, totally want to see versa but they clash with soad so i dunno, slipknot, hyro da hero, ADTR, angels and airwaves (but they clash), and the thats the main peeps!

@Tracy They released a new batch of tickets the other week but I think they're all gone now :c Are you going to any Sidewaves at least?

There were lots of fence jumpers at Melbourne a few years ago and almost all of them made it over except a couple. I imagine security is tighter now though.

@cat melbourne and sydney! you're lucky :) that way you won't miss any bands you want to see, even if they clash at one festival, 'cause you can still see them at the other. hahahah, might accidently bump into you and have no idea :p

@RENEGADE 2.0 I didn't get to go to Soundwave 2010 but I saw Paramore's sidewave in Melbourne, which I was really happy about seeing as I was going to miss their set at SW
I went in 2010 for Paramore at sydney, but i was dehydrated and pukey so didn't really enjoy it that much, apparently the venue was better last year. But probably won't go. lo.

I'm completely broke at the moment and one of my best friend's was nice enough to buy me a ticket a couple days before Melb sold out, which I am forever thankful for.
I wanna see Versa, Four Year Strong, The Used, Cobra, possibly ADTR and some more bands and I am soooooooo frikken excited for System Of A Down. I'll work it out when timetables are released. I hope the bands I really want to see don't clash. I will be very hurt, ahaha
