I haven't posted anything in awhile, so I thought I'd post this. I wrote it almost a month ago. I have no clue where this came from or what it's about, I just started writing and it turned into this. I'm either going to call it "Ugly Is Beautiful Beautiful Is Ugly" or "Ugly Beautiful".

I'm gonna marry the dark

Divorce the light

Gonna leave them both for the gray in the end

Cause I can't be tied down to either one

I need a perfect combination of both

So I'll start my endless love with the gray

Until the dark makes it too black for me to reach

Or the light makes it so white it blinds me

I'm gonna wait to see which prevails

Dark will make me the new ruler of hell

Or the light will make me the holiest of the holy

And I'll take over heaven

But if that never happens

I'll spend my eternal life with the gray

With a horn on my head to the left

And a halo on the right

Flying high above the universe

Looking and watching over all that lies within it

With wings of black and white

As I spend forever dining with the most evil of all the demons

And the best of all the angels

I'll be the devil and god at the same time

I'll be the most hideous creature

As well as the most beautiful

And it's all of you I'll pity and feel sorry for

Cause you'll never see ugly is beautiful

While beautiful is ugly
