too many fans are too narrow minded. i think i'll enjoy watching B.o.B however i will get pissed off if people around me start to boo him, its disrespectful. its not like he's shit. its just not what you like

i think fun is okay, but b.o.b as support is a bit of a sell out, a bit like how 3oh!3 were in ke$has song and then they kind of returned the favour. i think its just a bit like, 'well you exposed us to some more people, so to say thanks, lets take you on tour.'
and yes, he's RAP for gods sake. RAP. the two genres dont generally mix.

I think there going to be great.=D But it doesn't really matter what you think of the support acts coz you don't go to see them you go to see paramore .
All my life i have hated rap and that kind of genre BUT B.o.B is kinda not as bad... okay so his music is REALLY mainstream which is not what us paramore fans are into (well atleast i'm not anyway) artists like neyo or whatever hahah. But his music is sort of not as bad, it's more lighthearted in a way and seen as hayley and rivers cuomo (lead singer of Weezer) feature in his songs can only make him higher in my good books. At the end of the day, we are all going there just to see paramore so why not just have fun (excuse the pun hahah) whilst the other acts are on so it will get you pumped for when paramore own the stage! :D

Ok, like many here, I'm not happy about Paramore opening their UK gigs with a rapper. I'd never heard of FUN either til recently, but from what I know now, I'd say they were about right. But I hate rap and I will never support a rapper for anyone! It does seem to be the in thing right now, doing a gig with an artist from a different genre and it's not difficult to see why, with tickets sales affecting even the biggest artists out there, it's a case of anything goes to get bums on seats. However, rather than bitch about it, may I suggest if you feel so strongly, why not make your feelings known by simply heading for the bar, the merchandise area or even the nearest bathroom until Paramore comes on. Have no fear, the band will get the message they made a big mistake when they see a half-filled arena for their opening act, even if it is all paid for. But in reality, these discussions won't make a blind bit of difference... actions speak louder than words people.
I'm okay with it. More people are gonna show up to their concerts now becos of B.o.B so it's getting Paramore out to more people. Plus Hayley said in an interview recently with Tegan and Sara that they want to take different music styles out on tour with them to open their fans up to new music. And the people they take on tour are also their friends as well so I'm cool with it. It'll be interesting to see Airplanes live, also (:

Urgh I hate being on holiday, I miss things.
I think this is cool. It's a good thing that one of the support acts has a different style to Paramore, why would you want to sit/stand and listen to several bands that are almost the same? That would be boring.
Also, you know what this means? If B.o.B performs as support, Hayley is going to have to come out to sing her Airplanes parts. Since they've never performed it live together, the first time will be in the UK. Sweet.
Also, fun. supported them before on the spring tour. Check out whne Hayley joined them to perform At Least I'm Not As Sad As I Used To Be on youtube.
i've known B.o.B 's music since 2007 when Haterz Everywhere came out so i don't just like him for airplanes and i understand some people do and that's ok because it's such an amazing song. i also understand people may not like rap and may not like his music and that's ok because everyone is entitled to their own opinion but you gies don't have to be so harsh about it. i mean he is amazing and paramore picked him so leave it at that. they is no need to question his talent and say mean ignorant things. people need to chill sometimes when posting stuff.there is no need to be so harsh.

I don't really like B.O.B except for airplanes, but i absolutely love the other support act fun. They're sort of indie pop/rock. To be honest, moaning won't change the support, and as long as you're there you'll see paramore, so just shut up and look forward to it, agreed anyone?

@Alicia, but if people don't like rap, and people who are more into rock/alternative music, they're not going to be totally overjoyed about a rap artist supporting Paramore, are they? Usually I'd have the same attitude as you do towards it, but I think the fact that BoB is supporting Paramore is actually really unfair and really quite stupid. I have nothing agaisnt him, not at all, but it's not the fact that people aren't being open minded - if you don't like a certain genre of music, you don't friggin like it.
And I really don't think there's any need for so many abbreviations.

I don't know B.o.B that well but it's true, if it wasn't for Airplanes i wouldn't know him.
Because of that awesome song though people will hear him live and get to know him, I imagine more people will start to like him (myself included) from that.

fun is the other support act and i actually like them quite a bit they got some catchy tunes.
