Some of you may have heard about Paramore's recent show in Phoenix, where one of the dudes they brought up on stage from the crowd kissed Hayley on the cheek (Or that's what it looks like) without her permission.

So, obviously Hayley was pretty ticked off about this guy. Do y'all think she was right to think of him being rude? Or do you think she over-reacted and should've just ignored it?
Personally I think she was right. The guy might've actually been trying to kiss her on the lips. I wouldn't like it much if a stranger just kissed me on the cheek. Especially if I have a boyfriend. Then that would make everyone else think that it would be okay to just try and kiss her whenever she has a boyfriend.
What's your opinion?
WEll, looking at some closer up videos you can see that while Hayley was shocked at first but she was smiling with the guy later.

Anyone who thought she was wrong to react that was is wrong. Whatever way she acted would be right because situations like that when you're as famous as her can completly change how people see you, so its not if it was the right thing to do or not its how she wants people to view her aswel. Plus, would you want a complete stranger to just come up and kiss you? fan or no fan thats just a bit wierd.
i think she was right. it was rude of that guy to just come up and kiss her like that. i'd do the same thing. and its not like she cussed him out or anything (and she probably wouldnt do that cause there could be small kids in the audience). she didnt make a huge deal about it. she just told him that he was disrespectful to do that and then she went on with the show.
I think she came off as a little harsh but i dont really care that "other cultures" think thats okay... its weird here in america, especially for country people lol. I think she was freaked out but also took it as a lack of respect. plus she still wanted to keep a pure image and she doesnt want it to happen again. as for her speach on kissing girls... I think she was panicking a bit and channeling the cheese from the show and got a little cheesy... i do agree that you should at least know the girl too...

Oh my god that was hilarious. Lucky beggar, if only that was me on the stage but I loved her reaction. It was perfect, it was way below freaking out and screaming at him, but way above letting it pass. So it ended up being a sort of comedy thing rather than a rape attempt.

I think she had the right to react that way, but I dont think she had to make him seem so dumb for doing it. She could have gone about it another way, but overall I think she was right.

I think she was right to react that way. She could've been a little nicer about it than she was though. That guy must have felt really embarassed after that. But you can't blame her for reacting that way. You don't just walk up to people and kiss them. Even if it is on the cheek.
I DON'T agree actually...a peck on the cheek (in most coltures) isn't such a big deal...even if you have a boy/girlfriend...come on he's just a fan who wants to show how much he admires her by showin' some looove...he wasn't aiming for the lips..if someone is aiming for the lips he fu*@ing hits the lips....i was in a concert a few months back (not of paramore) and a fan just walked up on stage because she knew the singer and give him a kiss on the cheek and walked off casually...i think maybe because she's a very modest girl it bothered her but it's no reason to humiliate him infront of all those fans..just sayin'
