I would have to say the 90's because you can't deny some of the best bands were around: Garbage, Faith No More, Dance Hall Crashers, White Zombie, NIN, Marilyn Manson, to name a few. I like a few bands from the 80's: Metallica, Suicidal Tendencies, Body Count, Motley Crue, Iron Maiden. For the 70's: Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, Aerosmith. One of the best two bands to form in the last 10 years would be Flyleaf and of course PARAMORE!

I love music from all decade, buts i've grown up around '00's music, so i'll go for that decade.
i don't know, i mean all those are good but i think i am gonna have to say the last two years just cause there have been some of the most amazing musicians in the last ten years. fall out boy, paramore, flyleaf, all time low, and so many more!!!
