the cream bit is because it's a cream based drink.
It's either fruit, coffee or cream based.
They just ask if you want cream on top.

Does anyone notice that when you ask for a chocolate CREAM frappuchino, they always ask 'do you want cream with that?' ..

I've been to starbucks once, I got hot chocolate.. it kinda sucked, Costa hot chocolate is way better :D
Vanilla Bean's the only thing I really get.. I don't really like Starbucks that much it all tastes the same to me.

I drink coffee black but when I go to Starbucks I get either a normal caffe latte or a white mocha with whip (:
And I always get like a cookie or a mini muffin or something too xD they're so nice, but overpriced.
I get me a double ristretto Venti nonfat organic chocolate brownie frappuchino, extra cold with foam and whipped cream served upside down (cream at the bottom) double-blended.
Well, I hope I can get one. Hell, the look on someone's face when I order that would be priceless :D
In all seriousness, I love the Double Choc Chip Frappuchinos. :D Well, at least the ones here in NZ, anyways :D They're so delicious :D
Starbucks is too expensive, plus Coffee isn't that great.

I barely ever go there, but when I do I get a white chocolate mocha with whipped cream. I want one now just thinking about it :P
I usual get a grande triple espresso over ice in the summer but when I want coffee I have my bold brews black. Preferably venti.
Ocasionally chai tea.
