Its photoshoped, but if you look at the poster for the VH1 Divas Salute the Troops all the pictures have been photoshoped.
But yeah it doesn't look right, they should have put a bit more effort into editing it
I felt sort of skeptical about the photo.. but it isn't scandalous or anything. She looks good.. definitely a lot of editing. At least they labelled it Paramore rather than just Hayley Williams.
@Brand New Eyes Look at Hayley's tumblr, she talked about the photoshoot. It's real. They would get their asses sued if they faked it, and Paramore is required to do a photoshoot to be a part of the tour.
