Actually, no. This site is not for Paramore related chatter only. This is far from drama either, these are discussion boards. People will discuss, disagree, get upset, ect. That doesn't mean it's even a remotely big deal unless you make it one.
Telling people to "chill out" in all capitals doesn't help either.

That isn't my idea of a chill Friday night, so for my sake and yours I highly suggest you delete and comments that contain personal attacks, might have crossed the line in terms of insults, or you think, "Wow, this probably breaks the ground rules" when you read them. No one is hating Mathew. And no need for you to be rude about how someone can't speak English. Where in you're not so right mind, is that okay? Hell even even @Rachel is saying that it's NOT a repeat topic and she pretty much runs the show. Those categories that are labeled different country names are not so people from other countries just talk there, it's so people who have questions or want to discuss stuff that go on like lets say paramore has a show in France and people have questions about what time the show is and what not, That's where you go... This isn't me being a stick in the mud about it, I literally have no reason to delete it.
