Why does every compare the too bands? I just dont get it. The Pretty Reckless has Taylor Momsen on vocals and they don compare Hayley to her but they do compare Paramore to VE. There are tons of bands with girls The summer set, Flyleaf, Evanescence. For the record I don't compare them thank you very much.

Sorry if i offended you, and for the late reply. And yes i understand that she dresses the way she likes. I'm just not fan, but that's none of my business. I actually like The Pretty Reckless.

She dresses how she likes. I don't care if you don't like it, I really couldn't give a fuck. She's happy in herself, regardless of the judgement from the close minded people around her.
I don't know if you're implying it or not but The Pretty Reckless are actually a very talented band. I saw them live and they blew me away. I had very low expectations for their performance and they were just incredible. So if you dislike it, fine, but don't say they have no talent because you're too blind to see it.
Because The Pretty Reckless don't have a sound ANYWHERE near to Paramore's.
VersaEmerge is actually not that far off sounding like Paramore. Their music is slightly heavier but it's because of that that they aren't that Paramore like.
Comparing The Pretty Reckless to Paramore is akin to comparing Fall Out Boy with Slipknot.

They compare them because both bands are very talented, fronted but females, and both signed by FBR.
Taylor Momsen try's to hard, and dresses like a dirty 30 year old . Sierra and Hayley are talented and focus on the most important thing, the music.
i like them both, and they are both unique. VE sounds different from paramore... their sound is more i guess "emo" than paramore but i like them both they're great bands

I watched Fixed At Zero. I really liked it, now I'm searching more stuff about them.
Well, while I was watching I really thought about Paramore, the lead singer is the only girl, and as Hayley she's stylish and have a good voice. And also, both bands are in Fueled By Ramen.
They have the same music style, genre.
But I don't think that they're super similar, only a bit :)
pretty much that they are both signed by FBR, so comparisons between their music are bound to happen
A) Paramore & VersaEmerge are both on Fueled By Ramen
B) They are both female fronted
C) Taylor Momsen is (my opinion) a slut, unlike Sierra or Hayley
I know. go on youtube and you'll see all these comments. I mean there comparison isn't as bad as Hey Mondays but I guess since they are on the same label and have female lead vocalists

If going by the same logic that every new female fronted band is a Paramore/ Flyleaf wannabe then wouldnt Paramore and Flyleaf be No Doubt and Evanescence wannabes?
