i need help with german!

hallo!

i am from Australia and i am currently learning german at my school.

i am doing a german project at school and i need to write this the german : ''You were created to love and be loved. You were meant to live life in relationship with other people, to know and be known. You need to know that your story is impor...tant and that you're part of a bigger story. You need to know that your life matters."

i am very bad at german and i dont know how to translate it, can somebody do it for me!

if you could do that it would be amazing!

Du wurdest dazu bestimmt, dein Leben in Freundschaft / Beziehung mit anderen Menschen zu leben, sie kennen zu lernen und kennen gelernt zu werden (welll don't know exactly if 'known and be known' is related to people - i've translated it that way)

    Du solltest wissen, dass Deine Leben (i would translate story with life) ein Teil eines Größeren sind. Du solltest wissen, dass Dein Leben zählt.

    i wanna learn German!
    The only languages my school does is Indonesian and French :(

    Oh well guess I will have to ask my papa. (he speaks fluent german :P hhaa)
