No.
you have to win one.
I won one though, signing up for them doesn't cost anything though, so if you're going to like, 2 gigs you can sign up for them on both.

do all members who sign up for a m&g get them?

it isnt that much to join
and it would be so worth it,
m&g are like a reward for being a member

As far as I know it's the only way to win m&g

you get a t-shirt, badges & sticker, and membership card. You get pre-sale tickets. yeah money is a problem lol
and it comes to around £25 with P&P.
You can only go to the meet and greet if your going to the show aswell. If you were going to travel to a different country for them, then yes. You just enter for it.
