PARAMORE SONG RIP OFF?

Ok guys there is a local band round my area playing shows. Until i recently heard one of thier songs "Finding Tomorrow" now im sure if many of you paramore fans have either SEEN or even been to the final riot shows. please check the 2 songs out and let me know what you think. i believe a rip off.

    i have contacted them. and let them know. im going to give them like a week. in all honesty i dont want to be a douche but they could get in serious s*** for this. ive told them. its up to them now if they are going to take it down. but if they sold any albums they could get heavyily fined.
