yea, paramore werent the first
didnt anybody ever hear of a band called NO DOUBT?! or lets go back even further and talk about BLONDIE! god!
paramore are awesome and so are the other female fronted bands but they are awesome in different ways to different people, just because there is a girl in it dosnt mean they are copying each other!
do people say that about male fronted bands? the answer to that is NO! because that would be pointless! so why do they do it with female fronted bands? isnt that equally as pointless?!
some people are so small minded! it really irritates me! and then they have the nerve to call me IGNORANT because i cant see that paramore, hey monday, flyleaf, etc. are "copying each other" when in reality the only similarity they have is a female singer!!!!....
......sorry, i just got into the ranting mood but its over now lol

I agree with you the only similarity these bands have is that they are all female fronted end of similaritys some of them have a heavier sound than others and belong to different genres of music. Also I don't know why people compare them to Paramore or say they are copying Paramore because Paramore are'nt even the first band to have a female lead singer themselves.

But I also get annoyed when Paramore is comapared to anyone (Greenday). I HATE all those paramore vs. greenday posts in the discussions, wake up call, this is PARAMORE.net, not greenday.net.
and anyway, all bands are diffrent and arent usually 'better' but diffrent. And best band is an opinion!

I KNOW! haha, they don't even sound the same cause paramore is WAY better then them. i dont care if they are all girl fronted bands. i mean, they just have a cooler sound. :) so comparing is just a waste of time.
