So one of my friend/schoolmate who is not a big Paramore fan but hedid listen to their songs which he finds nice told me that 'When It Rains' was a song wrote by Hayley(obviously) to a friend who commit sucide.. I did not know about this and I wanted to confirm it.. So I thought anyone of you guys knew about the meaning behind this song?
