    answering your question, from a couple days ago: i maka sims using the sims 2. and content i downloaded from sites like modthesims2.com for making hayley, i photshopped a new skin including her features and her tattoes. you can create new skins, eyes and hair with a tool included in any sims 2 game called bodyshop.
