I know that you're very busy, but... Can you ask to the band to sing her Happy Birthday in a video? I'll show her on her birthday!
I think that there isn't better gift if her favourite band will make it.

hey im chantal garcia i know u get lots and lots of messages but hopefully u can read mine my dream is to sing and write songs like hailey im only 12 yrs old and i live in yuma arizona i go to crane middle school and i want to become famous to finally have my dream come true..i always imagine myself singing and lots of stuff..
